Stacy Jacobs’ career reflects a deep-rooted passion for entrepreneurship, business strategy, and helping organizations grow with purpose. With over a decade in the hospitality industry, she refined her expertise with globally recognized brands, including Walt Disney World, Hilton, and Marriott—building a strong foundation in operations, marketing, and customer experience.

Her journey evolved into business advising and leadership roles with the University of Houston Texas Gulf Coast Small Business Development Center Network, where she served as both advisor and Director, supporting Fort Bend County businesses through strategic planning, loan packaging, and SBA financing. She later contributed to disaster recovery and continuity efforts through the LSBDC Business Continuity Center at Nicholls State University, guiding businesses through periods of uncertainty and rebuilding.

Stacy also served as Vice President of Business Development at the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce, playing a key role in strengthening and supporting the local business landscape.

Today, Stacy embraces a new chapter as the Marketing, Events, and Customer Experience Manager at The Best Stop Cajun Market. Growing up in Louisiana, this opportunity felt like a calling—blending her professional expertise with a brand deeply connected to her roots and culture.

As co-founder of Women of Katy, Stacy is committed to creating intentional programming that equips women with real tools and fresh perspective in leadership — professionally and personally.

Beyond her professional accomplishments (and her love of coffee), Stacy’s greatest joy is her three incredible daughters. Whether it’s sharing their love of Disney or simply creating everyday memories together, they are the heart behind everything she builds and leads. 💕

In 2018, Olivia and her husband, Kyle, launched KTX Window Cleaning with a squeegee, a bucket, and a truck, starting from their garage with a leap of faith and a commitment to serve people well. What began as a small startup has grown into a trusted local company serving Katy and Fulshear, now expanded to include KTX Glass Repair.

Kyle’s steady leadership, integrity, & work ethic have been foundational to their growth. While Olivia often carries the public-facing vision, she is the first to say the strength & sustainability of their companies are built on Kyle’s character, operational excellence, & unwavering support behind the scenes.

In 2025, KTX Window Cleaning LLC was honored as a U.S. Chamber of Commerce CO-100 Top Small Business in the United States, recognizing the company’s growth, leadership, and community impact.

Olivia previously served as president of the Katy Business Association and played an integral role in its merger into the Katy Business Alliance, a program of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also a proud alumna of Leadership Katy Class of 2024 and remains an active alumna.

In 2025, Olivia and Kyle co-founded KTX Blue Towel Mission, a nonprofit dedicated to recycling medical textiles to fund exterior cleaning and essential home repairs for aging neighbors—so they don’t face aging alone.

An alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and recipient of the HCC Center of Entrepreneurship 2022 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year award, Olivia is passionate about leadership development and meaningful impact through business and service.

In her free time, Olivia leans into her creative side—recently discovering a love for watercoloring—and cherishes slow mornings at Crystal Beach with her family, sitting on the porch at sunrise with a cup of coffee. It’s her happy place. Above all, she is a proud wife and mother of three, building businesses, initiatives, and a life rooted in faith, family, and purpose.
