Get to Know the Visionaries Behind the Women of Katy Program
The Women of Katy Program is committed to empowering all women in the Katy community through a series of quarterly events focused on business and personal development. Our mission is to offer resources and opportunities for women at various stages of their lives—whether they are seeking to change careers, advance in their current roles, start a new business, or embark on personal growth. Since 2024, Women of Katy has donated over $10,000 to the Leadership Katy Program.
Our goal is to raise funds to provide sponsorships for leadership programs and other valuable opportunities that support women's advancement. By facilitating these connections and providing essential resources, we aim to help women prepare for and shape a successful and fulfilling future.
Stacy ’s career is a testament to her deep passion for entrepreneurship and business development. With over a decade in the hospitality industry, she has sharpened her skills with esteemed brands like Walt Disney World, Hilton, and Marriott. Her expertise encompasses business plans, marketing strategies, loan packaging, and SBA financing, showcasing her comprehensive approach to fostering business success.
Stacy’s professional journey took a pivotal turn at the University of Houston Texas Gulf Coast Small Business Development Center Network. As a Business Advisor and later Director, she was a linchpin in supporting Fort Bend County businesses, helping them navigate challenges and seize growth opportunities. Her role at the LSBDC Business Continuity Center at Nicholls State University further cemented her reputation, where she assisted businesses in recovering from natural disasters and economic disruptions.
Currently, as Vice President of Business Development at the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce, Stacy continues to make a significant impact. Since early 2023, she has been pivotal in supporting and growing local businesses through strategic planning and community engagement. Her passion for business has been a positive addition to the Katy Area Chambers team!
Beyond her professional achievements and love of coffee. Stacy treasures her time with her three daughters. They share a special bond over their love for Disney, making frequent trips to their favorite park whenever the opportunity arises. Stacy’s dedication to both her daughters and her career reflects her belief in the joy of balancing professional success with cherished family moments.
In 2018, Olivia and her husband, Kyle, took a leap of faith and launched KTX Window Cleaning with just a squeegee, a bucket, and a truck. Starting from their garage, they transformed their small startup into a thriving enterprise. Their business has proudly served the Katy/Fulshear area, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability.
As Past President of the Katy Business Association—now the Katy Business Alliance, a program of the Katy Area Chamber of Commerce—Olivia played an integral role in the merger that united the two organizations to better serve the business community. Her leadership helped expand resources, strengthen networking opportunities, and lay the foundation for a stronger alliance of local businesses.
In April 2025, Olivia and Kyle, also co-founded the KTX Blue Towel Mission, a nonprofit passion project dedicated to helping elderly homeowners in Katy with exterior cleaning and essential home repairs. Through this initiative, the Martin's continues to uplift and support some of the community’s most vulnerable residents.
With vision, dedication, and a collaborative spirit, Olivia has made a lasting impact on Katy’s business and nonprofit landscapes, inspiring others through her service and leadership. Olivia completed the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and is proud to be an alumna. She was recognition as one of HCC Center of Entrepreneurship 2022 Woman Entrepreneur of the Year.
Olivia's true pride and joy is her family. She treasures spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their three children, traveling to destinations like the beach and river, where they enjoy fishing, kayaking, and creating lasting memories.
